The Zambezi River Authority (“the Authority”) has set aside funds to purchase various Laboratory Equipment during the 2025 financial year and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the contracts for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Equipment for Zambezi River Authority.
The Authority is a corporate body jointly and equally owned by the Governments of Zambia and Zimbabwe (“Contracting States”) and is mandated with the management of the Kariba Complex and the stretch of the Zambezi River (from Kazungula to Luangwa in Zambia and from Kazungula to Kanyemba in Zimbabwe) forming a common border between the two Contracting States.
The Authority hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced bidders registered in both Zambia and Zimbabwe for the supply and delivery of laboratory equipment, as specified in the Request for Bids (RfB) and summarized in the schedule of requirements outlined below.

The bidding process will be conducted through Open National Competitive Bidding in accordance with the Authority’s Procurement Policy and Procedures. BID SUBMISSION
