The Zambezi River Authority invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Provision of consultancy services for implementation of Enterprise Governance of Information Technology System based on COBIT 19 framework. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 7).This Request for Proposals (RFP) is addressed to all prospective consultants. A firm will be selected under Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procedures and in a Full Technical Proposal (FTP) format as described in this RFP, in accordance with the Procurement policies of the Client as well as the Zambia Public Procurement Authority.

Please inform us by 13 November 2026 in writing by E-mail at procurement@zambezira.org whether you intend to submit a proposal alone or intend to enhance your experience by requesting permission to associate with other firm(s) (if permissible under Section 2, Instructions to Consultants (ITC), Data Sheet 14.1.1). Details on the proposal’s submission date, time and address are provided in Clauses 17.7 and 17.9 of the ITC.
